Executive Biographies

Michael D. Nash, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Nash has over 36 years banking experience. He began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He then moved to Marshall and Ilsley Bank in Milwaukee and to Trustcorp Inc. in Toledo, where he served as Treasurer and Controller. Mr. Nash formed Software Corporation International in 1990.

D. Keith Sides, President and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Mr. Sides has over 30 years experience in the information technology and financial services markets. Mr. Sides had been Chief Operating Officer since 2007 and a Director of the company since he joined the firm in 2000. Mr. Sides was recently appointed President and is responsible for day to day operations of the company and development of strategies which support SCI’s goals and objectives.

Prior to joining SCI, Mr. Sides held various sales and executive positions with Unisys Corporation, Broadway & Seymour, and Recognition Equipment. Sides holds a BSBA degree from Appalachian State University and an AS degree in engineering from Wingate University.

Thomas S. Rohrer, Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Rohrer has over 35 years data processing and banking experience. He holds a BA in Mathematics from Millersville University and an MA in statistics from State University of New York at Buffalo. Tom's career included periods as a biostatistician in cancer research, a Systems Engineer at Computer Task Group, and a Systems Manager at HSBC-USA (Marine Midland Bank) and Manufacturers and Traders Trust. He was also the former local chapter president of the American Statistical Association and the Association for Computing Machinery. Tom serves on the Board of Directors for TechServe Alliance (formerly NACCB). Mr. Rohrer co-founded Software Corporation International.
